Snitch requires a program called Media Player installed to display movies and audio. A version of Media Player comes with your copy of Windows (to install use Control Panel \ Add/Remove programs). If you require a later version, it is a free download from MicroSoft’s web site (http://www.microsoft.com). If you already have the required version installed, perhaps you have another application running that also uses Media Player, if so exit all other applications before running Snitch again.
