When I run EZ-Metrix on multiple files, sometimes it freezes. Whats going on?
EZ-Metrix may freeze up if binary or empty files are encountered. Check the files you are asking EZ-Metrix to measure, and make sure none are binary (with file extensions .exe, .dll, etc) and that none are blank. If you find any of these, simply delete them from the text box. You can do this by selecting the file name and entire directory path with your mouse and pressing the Delete key.
