When I run ArcIMS Designer outside of ArcIMS Manager, the web site folder gets created, but it is empty. Why?

There are a few things you can check for. First, make sure that there is adequate disk space available where you’re creating the website directory. Second, on Windows, check the properties of the shortcut you’re using to launch ArcIMS Designer. The properties for Target and Start in should be set as follows. Note: Your pathnames will vary depending upon where you installed ArcIMS and JRE.
