When I run an Expenditure Activity Report, I want to have all the activities from the beginning of the fiscal year or biennium through the current month. Why do I always get just the current months activities?
This is because you have not changed the default values in Begin Fiscal Month and End Fiscal Month in the Schedule Parameter screen. Unlike the Allotment Expenditure Status Report, which displays information from the beginning of the biennium through the current month, the Expenditure Activity reports display information for detail transactions from the user-specified beginning and ending fiscal month values in the Schedule Parameter screen? The default values are Current for Begin Fiscal Month and Same as Beginning for End Fiscal Months, which will only provide you with current month information. To have the report display biennium-to-date information, specify Jul-FY1 for Begin Fiscal Month and the desired ending month for End Fiscal Month.
