The Analysis Limits dialog box for each type of analysis run is available by hitting F9 when in Probe. When you first enter Probe, it will try to start the run automatically if there is not an appropriate .TSA, .ASA, or .DSA file (depending on the analysis) on disk. The default values for this box are taken from the standard analysis limits dialog box which is what it would initially use. You would need to quit the run and then hit F9 to change the analysis settings.
