When switching to Explorer make sure that you’ve marked in the check-box Restore system colors, cursors, icons, etc in Shell Swapper (Start>Shell Swapper). In case the problem remains, go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Mouse>Printers and set the needful cursor scheme in the Scheme field.
