When I retrieve a KeyCite result, why doesn the scroll bar work as soon as text is displayed?

You cannot scroll down until the KeyCite result has been completely received. The message Receiving is displayed at the top until the result has been completely retrieved. When the number is displayed at the top of the page, the result has been completely retrieved.
