When I retain the services of Snoopi’s Ark, who comes to my house?

In most instances, I do. Snoopi’s Ark has no employees. Recognizing pets must be cared for no matter what, I do have backups. First on the call list is my husband. If he is unavailable, I have a call list (others who I would trust with my animals) that I can fall back on if a need arises. These individuals receive the full fee for the visit. If I am called out of town for an emergency, I would first contact you to see who I should call. If you are not available, I will use my best judgment on who could fill in.
