When I receive an order from another firm, am I required to include the Routing Firm MPID when reporting in Phase 1 even though route reports are not required to be reported until Phase 2?

Yes. A Routing Firm MPID must be reported in Phase 1 if an order was received from another member firm. ECNs are required to include this value for all orders received from NASD members. The Routing Firm MPID must be a valid MPID for the Order Received Date.
