In most cases you can resolve this issue by changing the font used to print the appendix tables to Arial Narrow at font size 8. You can make this adaptation under Tools > Options > Printing > Font Settings > and then the Appendices sub-tab. If your appendix is printing in Arial Narrow font size 8 and it is still wrapping, the next step would be to reduce the font size temporarily for the print. This is also done in Font Settings area. Simply highlight the font size 8 and press the 6 key on your keyboard. If the problem is only occurring in a few cells, you can also select the cell in the Appendix table which is displaying this behaviour, and increase the column width to correct it. Simply select the cell in question in the table and then use the ‘Format > Column > Width’ menu command. Increasing the column width by 1 or 2 characters wider than the digits which are wrapping will correct the problem, in most cases.
