When I Press Ctrl+Alt+Del, Just Task Manager Comes Up??!!

I clicked on the SCHEDULE TAB to get to my TASK MANAGER and my CONTACT LIST MANAGER and I do not see those tabs in the bottom right section of WorkCenter anymore. How do I get that view back?
What if the helper needs to press ctrl-alt-del on the problematic computer to bring up task manager?
I can see Activity Keylogger in Windows task manager. Where is it?

I have a Windows XP computer configured in workgroup. When I press CTRL+ALT+DEL, Task Manager comes up instead off the Windows XP Security dialog which gives option buttons like Lock Workstation, Log Off, Task Manager, Lock Workstation, etc…
