When I play an TrojanTV All-Access video feed, why can I hear the audio but not see the video?
Close out of TrojanTV All Access and start a fresh browser Pull down the Tools menu and select Internet Options Make sure you are in the General tab Click Delete Files. (Click OK in the Delete Files pop up window) Do not check the “Delete offline connect box” Click OK Check that the correct version of the Windows Media Player installed Open the Windows Media Player in stand alone mode Pull down the Help menu of your Windows Media Player (you may have to maximize the player window to access the Tools menu) Select ‘About Windows Media Player’ The will show you what WMP version you are running.
