No. When you place cards into a talent stack, they are not added to any characters talent until you resolve the fight or challenge. For example, you cannot use your talent stack to boost the Butt Kicking talent of your character from 3 to 7 so that you can use the action card Superior Fighting that has a Talent Requirement of 7 Butt Kicking.
