When I opened Outlook after installing Ekwin, the registration window appeared and then disappeared. How do I find it?

Typically the window is still open but hidden underneath Outlook. Minimizing Outlook will typically reveal the registration window. If not close and reopen Outlook and the registration window should reappear.
