When I open the world in Webots the log window is telling me it cannot bind port 10020, what can I do?

(Oct 3, 2006) The problem is caused by Webots crashing, particularly when you try to use the ‘File -> Open’ method of changing worlds. If Webots crashes while listening on a port then the port will still be tied-up by the ‘tcpip’ process from Webots.
