When I open my NYUHome mail, I get a blank screen. Sometimes error messages pop up. Whats wrong?

If you get a blank screen when the NYUHome web mail program opens, hit the F5 key to refresh the screen. On a Macintosh computer, you can also use the keyboard combination of Command+R (the Apple key) to refresh the screen. If you receive JavaScript errors when the page opens, click through them and then refresh the screen. Clearing your disk cache is also recommended.
