When I open an e-mail message, it doesnt appear to be formatted correctly, how can I fix this?

Position your mouse on the lower right-hand corner of the e-mail message until your arrow becomes a double-arrow. Hold down the left mouse button and drag the window to make it larger. This should correct the formatting problem and remember the new window size.
