When I make an online credit card payment, how soon is the payment posted to the available credit?
Payments using the Credit Card Account Access service must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday (except Holidays) in order for your payment to be posted to your credit card account with today’s date. Payments made using the eBranch Transfer Funds feature must be completed by 5:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday (except Holidays) to be posted with today’s date. Although your payment will be credited to your account today, you should allow at least three business days before the payment appears on your credit card records. If your payment is not received by the due date on your statement, the account will be subject to the fees and finance charges as described in your Cardholder Agreement.
