When I look at the monthly totals report wusage is projecting what the monthly total will be as stated in the heading, is this why there are percentages?

In reality the customer has transferred 13.195 GB’s thus far this month which is the total number. So in this case for the weekly report the ‘Latest’ number is projected since the week is not completed. To be sure of the information go to the actual month and look at the summary report.
