When I login into the Net Intelligence web portal – it accepts my username and password but then just displays blank screen, what should I do?

This is caused when there are no users set to active within the control panel, at least one user has to be set to active. In the Netintelligence control panel under the “Edit Users” section at least one of the users must be set to active.
