To work around this, first log in remotely to your IP address, click on the 16-screen split. Enter your user name and password. Then click Login. At this point, you should be able to select the 1, 4, 9, or 16 screen configuration. 17) The PTZ presets either aren’t working, or they’re missing from the D1 software.
