No, this error refers to individual user connection. Each user can be logged in only once. On occasion, when the disconnect is not clean (for example, a reboot) the server takes a little while to register that the user is no longer connected and doesnt allow a reconnect.The wait is usually no longer than 10 minutes or so. • Q: I have a machine that will connect from campus, but when I take it home it will not connect.
