Ans. This only occurs on older versions of Windows. The installation of VECTrAK requires the existence of “Windows Installer” on your machine. If you do not already have it then the VECTrAK Installer will first upgrade your Windows to add the current “Windows Installer” capability before continuing with the VECTrAK installation.
