When I list with Badgerland will I have to pay any commission when my house sells?
Badgerland has a “Variable Commission Plan”. If a RealtorĀ®/Broker outside our office procures your buyer, their Broker will be paid according to your predetermined “Co-Broke” commission stated in the MLS. Historically, The RealtorĀ® Co-Broke commissions have ranged between 1% and 3% of the sales price. In addition, Badgerland collects only $250 from you at closing under our “Limited Service” plan.
