Default value of session options are picked up from “Configure” section of Remote Access Site Administrator console. Although session options can be changed at Remote Access agent level at the time of installation or later. Session options from Site Administrator console are picked up only first time at the time of installation. After a Remote Access agent is installed, session options on a remote computer is not impacted by changes to session options at Site Administrator console. How can I prevent session options from being updated at computer or Remote Access agent level? For each session option, there is a “Disallow change” checkbox on Site Administrator console. If “Disallow change” is checked on Site Administrator console, session option can not be changed at computer or Remote Access agent level.
