Cause: Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI) is damaged. Solution: 1. Click here to download MSI Installer 4.5 and then install it. Tips: Click here to download MSI Installer 4.5 update file and then install it. (Windows XP 32/64 bit and Vista 32/64 bit) 2. Restart your computer. 3. Install the CyberLink PowerDVD 9 program. If you still encounter the same issue, please take a screen shot of the error message, and then send it to CyberLink Customer Support.
