When I install Airport Insight, neither the conduit or Palm software is installed. Why?

Make sure you have Palm Desktop 3.0 / HotSync Manager 3.0 or later installed. Earlier versions are not supported, and the HotSync upgrade is free of charge from one of the many Palm software sites around the internet or from Palm itself.
