When I insert the StreetFinder CD and follow the instructions, I get an error message that says “Cannot find the file D:setup or one of its components.” What should I do now?
Some computer manufacturers assign a drive letter other than D to the CD-ROM drive. Also, if you have recently installed a Zip drive, your drive letters were probably reassigned. The best way to determine your drive letter is to double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop and look for the CD-ROM icon. Note the letter under the icon. Instead of typing D, type this letter. If you are still having difficulty with the installation, please contact technical support.
