When I imported a PPT file, a message box appears saying “The application is busy” and offering me to Switch to, Retry or Cancel?

The conversion process requires PowerPoint application and sometimes it is currently busy executing the previous task. When this happen, wait for a few seconds and click Retry. If the message appears again, keep clicking Retry button until a few more times.
