When you hit the “Save” button the image opens up in a new browser window. If you have pop-ups blocked then the image will not appear. Please re-enable pop-ups for our website in your browser and you will then be able to save the image to your computer. The images are being saved as ART files on my computer instead of the format I need. AOL has created its own image format and converts all images to ART files as they are downloaded.
