When I have my contacts loaded into WorkCenter, can I select certain fields to view?
Yes. Under Contacts you can select from several contact fields and set that view as the default to be loaded next time you start WorkCenter. Simply click the column view icon (markings) to the left of FileAs. Check the boxes you wish to display. Review our flash videos for more information and use of these filters. If you need additional columns, use your reports tab and select the contact reports.
