When I go to open a module, I get a blank white or gray screen. What is wrong?
A. – Your computer may not have the necessary Active-X enabled, Flash Player or latest Java installed. Go to http://www.adobe.com and download the player. To download the latest version of Java, go to www.java.com and download the software. Follow the directions to complete the install. Restart your computer if necessary and re-launch the module. Please make sure not to select the Yahoo search bar when downloading Java from www.java.com. If you are using Internet Explorer and your browser still does not display the content after downloading the required plug-ins, go to Tools/Manage Add-Ons off the IE menu bar. From the list that appears, ensure that all add-ons that show Adobe Flash Player, Shockwave, Java and Sun Java Console are enabled. If any are disabled, select the add-on by clicking on it and click the Enable button towards the bottom of the window. Click OK and restart your browser. Some Internet Security programs (i.e. Norton Internet Security) may automatically disable the Fl
