When I go to DIRECTV.coms TV Listings and select a program to record, why don I see the Record To Receiver button?

There are a couple of reasons why this might be the case. The first reason might be because you are not “fully logged” in to directv.com. It might indicate on the web page that it knows who you are but you are not fully logged in which is necessary to use DVR Scheduler. If you see the Log in link at the top of the screen next to your name, select that link and login. Once logged in you should be seeing the Record to Receiver option when looking at the TV Listings screen. If you see Log Out at the top of the screen and are still not seeing Record to Receiver, go to the Receivers section in My Account and confirm that the receivers associated with your account are eligible to use DVR Scheduler. Your receivers or DVR might not be able to use this service yet. A list of eligible receivers is included in this FAQ. If your receivers are eligible and you are not seeing the Record to Receiver option, call our customer service number (1-800-DIRECTV) and ask them to confirm the model numbers in
