When I go back to make a second selection from the SFX window, nothing seems to happen.Why?

• I click on the SFX link and I see the menu start to display, but it never completes the menu. It just hangs there. • The journal I want to view requires a password. • I used SFX and then my session told me I had “timed out.” I lost my search!
