When I get the the Side Games window during round setup many of the games are missing, why?

The list of side games includes games that can be scored for the number of players golfing. For example the game of “Nines” requires 3 or 4 players and will not be displayed in the list of side games if scoring a round for 1 or 2 players. Team games that require two players per team will only be listed if 4 players are entered into the round setup.
