POSSIBLE ANSWER: If you get a login screen when you request the document, make sure you enter your PACER login and password and not your CM/ECF login and password. Also make sure your e-mail system is set to open links with an Internet Browser, e.g., Netscape or Internet Explorer.

You can open each document once for free. If you try to view the document again and you get a login screen when you request the document, make sure you enter your PACER login and password and not your CM/ECF login and password. Also make sure your e-mail system is set to open links with an Internet Browser, e.g., Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. Also, some documents are virtual so a PDF will not be attached.
