You probably have an old version of Windows 95 without Internet Explorer 5 or above. Try installing a newer version of Internet Explorer, or installing Windows 98 and above.Q: When I load OptiPerl, I get a Dr. Watson application error (windows NT)A: The same applies as above. Windows NT 4 ships with IE 2 and this will not work. You must upgrade to IE 5.
