When I enter the registration information into the trial version, it displays an error that says the registration information is invalid and does not register. What happened?
The trial version is not upgradeable. Please download the full version from the client services portal and use the registration key after install when you first run the product. The client services portal and registration information were sent with the email confirmation following your product purchase.
A.: You cannot register a trial version of the product. To register TestComplete, you should download the commercial version of the product from the ClientServices portal and then register it. The registration information is specified in the e-mail message you received from AutomatedQA. If you did not receive an e-mail from AutomatedQA, please contact our Support department.
