When I enter an account number in the Financial Reports by Account box and press the Enter key it takes me to the Department Administrator query screen and not to the report. What is going on here?
This occurs when using Netscape 7.1, and is the result of pressing the Enter key after entering an account number in the Financial Reports by Account text entry box. When you press Enter, the system erroneously responds as if you had selected a Sponsored or Non-Sponsored Overview Report. To avoid this problem, either tab to the View Report button after entering an account number, or use your mouse to select the correct View Report button.
