When I enter a long citation for a KeyCite request, the text seems to disappear. Is it still there?

Yes, the text you entered is still there. Due to size limitations, the text box will display 21 characters. After 21 characters, the text moves off the screen, but the full text of the citation is still there. You can use the right and left arrow keys to scroll over to see it or click Go to retrieve your result.
