When I drag the image from a VB Image control to the AlphaImage control, the transparency is lost, why?

It is a limitation related to VB’s Image control and the image is probably a transparent GIF since you cannot drag icons from VB’s Image control and WMF/EMFs do not suffer from this limitation. When VB copies the Image control’s picture to the OLE DataObject, it is in bitmap form, not GIF.
