When I downloaded the GenLog installation file and ran it, another software package was opened for installation – maybe the last program that was installed. Why?
This is a browser or OS setup problem that runs setup.exe from another application, possibly the last one you installed on your pc. Go to the c:\temp or c:\windows\temp folder and delete all the files. Then try running the logger`s install file again. You may also need to run the install file `as an administrator` as well.
