When I Display Database without specifying a search, the results are displayed randomly. Can the result be displayed from the latest entry to the oldest?

You can add the “Created On” field to any custom view you want, then click on the “Created On” column header to sort the records from oldest to newest, click on it again to sort from newest to oldest.
