When I dial in to DCANet, I am assigned a different IP address each time. Can I get a static IP address?
Yes, your account can be configured to have a static IP address for a one-time $15 processing fee. Note that static IP-address customers will be limited to using only one DCANet dialup number. Static IP addresses are linked to an individual modem pool. To request a static IP address, send e-mail to help@dca.net.
