When I create a group discussion board, can students automatically create their own forums?
No. When instructors first create discussion boards, they must essentially initialize the Discussion by creating a Forum. Once a forum is created, you may designate one or more students as “moderators” of the forum. Moderators can block others from posting to the site, but they can not create new forums. 10.
