When I copy formatted text to the clipboard from some applications and use Grammar Expert Pluss Check Clipboard command, the formatting is lost. Why?
Grammar Expert Plus recognizes rich-text format (CF_RTF) and plain text format (CF_TEXT) in the clipboard. Some applications copy their text to the clipboard as plain text and in a proprietary format which Grammar Expert Plus does not recognize. In this case, Grammar Expert Plus sees only the plain text. You might contact the publisher of the other application and ask them to support the CF_RTF format.
