When I copy an article, the default article code for the newly created article code is blank. Why?
Usually encountered with the DefaultCopyAction preference set to new version and where the article code of the pre-existing article used as a template does not match the aticle ODE code so it cannot be used. The resolution is usually to modify the article ode code (Main menu – Options – ODE and then select prefix off the ODE maintenance edit window.
