When I convert HHonors points to airline miles, how long does it take until miles are credited to my frequent flyer account?
HHonors sends requests for mileage conversion to the participating Reward Exchange airline partners twice a month. Upon receipt at the airline, your points are converted to miles and posted to your account. HHonors and our airline partners ask you to allow 60 days for the miles to be credited, providing your initial request is complete and processed. Problems in processing an incomplete request can result in delays in the crediting process.
