when I come into Accounting to inquire about my account, make a payment, or pick up a cheque or tax form?
To inquire about your account: We require your student ID card or number in order to allow access to information on your account. This is also true if you are phoning in to inquire about your account. To make a payment: Again, your student ID card or number is important to input the payment or answer any question about the balance owing on the account. If you are using someone else’s credit card (e.g. parent, spouse), you should have a note giving you permission to use that card. To pick up a cheque or Tuition Tax form: You will need picture ID to pick up a cheque or tax form in your name. If it isn’t in your name, you may be asked for written permission from the person receiving the cheque or, in the case of a tax form, you will be asked to sign for it. You will be asked for an account holder number if you are requesting the cheque or tax form be mailed out to you.
