When I click to download one of the files, they start playing automatically. How do I save them on the computer?

This is usally due to programs configured to automatically play certain types of files over the internet (i.e. Windows Media Player automatically launches when you left click on a MPEG file and RealPlayer automatically launches when you click on a RealVideo file). If this is the case, you should try right clicking on the desired file you wish to download and choose “Save Target As…” (for Internet Explorer users). Alternately, you can use download programs such as GetRight (http://www.getright.com) or GoZilla (http://www.gozilla.com) which give you the ability to resume downloads (very highly recommended).
